Answer

The TouchMix-30 uses a designated USB-B port that is intended specifically for DAW connectivity as a USB audio interface. The mixer will work directly with Core Audio if using a Mac or will work through an ASIO driver that would need to be installed separately if using with a Windows computer.

Click HERE for the required ASIO driver if using a Windows computer. There is a Quick Start Guide to help setup the ASIO driver.

Unfortunately, the TouchMix-8 and TouchMix-16 does not have the capability to connect to a computer as a DAW interface. However, recording and exporting is still possible on the TouchMix-8 and Touchmix-16. The TouchMix-8 and TouchMix-16 have two USB-A ports that are designated for use with the included USB Wi-Fi dongle or with an external USB drive. The External USB drive can be used for 2-Track or Multitrack recordings which can then be exported to a DAW for further editing or mixing using the DAW Utility App.
