Answer
There are only four physical user buttons on the TouchMix-8 and TouchMix-16. The TouchMix-30 Pro has 8. The other four user buttons on the TouchMix-8 and TouchMix-16 are virtual buttons accessed through the menu screen. The iPad app is the same for all of the TouchMix models.
