Problem

"External Flash Data Invalid" shows on LCD Display.


Causes

Could be the external flash date corrupted


Solution | Workaround

To recover the external flash data, please follow below instructions:

  1. Download the latest Amplifier Navigator on PC or MAC Computer from QSC Web site.
  2. Open the Amp Navigator App on your  computer, then turn on your amplifier and connect it to the computer via provided USB cable.
  3. Run the firmware by click on "update" . It will override the corrupt data.
  4. If the update firmware is successful but the amplifier LCD Display remains dark, then reset the amplifier by turn the rear power switch to off position then turn it back on. The amplifier should be back on with the correct  firmware version.
